For most of our photoshoot packages in Budapest, you will receive non-edited, high-resolution pictures within 24 hours of your professional photo shoot. The gallery will be available for 7 days, giving you ample time to download the pictures to your computer or phone and select your favorite images (as specified in your chosen package) for the photographer to retouch. After the gallery expires, it will take an additional 3 - 7 days to receive the retouched photos. We will email you a link to your online gallery, allowing you to download the high-resolution photos. You can download them, share them, and create amazing prints and albums.

Please note: Wedding, Birthday, and Special Occasion packages, or some special offers, do not include the proofing online gallery or non-edited high-resolution pictures.

• Weddings: Typically, it takes around 3 - 8 weeks to receive all images, with the first snapshots available within 3 days.

• Birthday and Special Occasions or Special Offers: Usually, it takes around 1 - 2 weeks. All images are delivered online in a private gallery, and you’ll be able to download the full-resolution images.

You like all the photos from your photo shoot and would like to have them all, without any editing. You can request to order high-resolution images. This package includes all images taken during your Budapest photo session, in high resolution, with no editing. It allows you to download all the images from your photo shoot in high resolution. The price for this collection varies depending on the duration of your shoot.

As per industry practice, your photographer will remove any photos with funny faces, closed eyes, or improper lighting. Due to the nature of candid photography, not all shots will turn out as planned. However, if you have any ‘must-have’ shots, we would be more than happy to prioritize those so that they end up in your gallery.

Fine Art Edit
All edited pictures will be adjusted according to the photographer’s taste. This includes:

• Sharpness and cropping

• Skin softening on portrait photos if necessary (removing temporary skin defects such as bruises or pimples)

• Removing trash from the ground and objects from the background as deemed necessary and possible by the photographer

• If a small stain or hole appears in the dress during the photoshoot, efforts will be made to erase it (depending on the extent of the damage)

Additional edits are available at €10 per photo.

High-End Retouching and Artistic Retouching
This involves applying professional filters. The price is €69 per photo. ( For photos with more than three people, an additional retouching fee of €10 applies. )

Custom Retouching
For more complex edits such as head swaps, new backgrounds, and complex object removal, this service is available. The price depends on the photos. For a personalized offer, please get in touch with us.

• names, amount of participants and type of the photoshoot you want to book 

• package and locations of your choice

• preferred date and time of the photoshoot

You will be contacted in 24 hours after booking to confirm your reservation. We will discuss about a photoshoot and find out how we fit together, And arrange your meeting time and location

• Confirmation will be received once I receive your deposit.

• I Require a 50% deposit to confirm a booking, with full payment at the event date. 

• Payments via PayPal You can pay with your credit/debit card. 

Usually between 6 - 12 months in advance, but sometimes 2 years in advance. If We’re available, We might take a last-minute booking (a few days before the shooting date). 

No matter where you are in your planning process, feel free to reach out!

Please text or email your photographer if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind your photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it’s unlikely your shoot can be extended (although it’s always possible, so please ask!).

I am ready to shoot in light rain or shine.

When it rains in Budapest, it is usually a light, intermittent rain and we can still take photos. There will be less people around and your photos will look much more romantic. If the weather is bad on the day of your Budapest photo shoot, then I will try to find covered locations or try to re-schedule your photo session for an earlier or later date.

We very rarely cancel a Budapest photo shoot. The way our booking process works is that once you have signed a contract with us, you have reserved a specific date and time for your photo shoot. This means that we will refuse every inquiry for that starting time. For this reason, we never refund a retainer in any circumstance. However, we will do our best to reschedule your photo session in Budapest for an alternative date, if your and our schedule allow it.

All the packages grant exclusive rights to the photographer to edit, retouch, alter and publish pictures on her public portfolios and social media websites. 

Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline.

Focal is granted the right to use any photos for self-promotion. Credit will be given to the photographer. If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honour your request.

– The non-usage fee is 25% of the total amount due for photography coverage.

Budapest is definitely a walkable city. And some Budapest photo shoot locations are close to another (for example walking from Fisherman's Bastion to the Budapest Castle 10 minutes). However, for most of the main locations it’s better to use Bolt, The TAXI. or Hiring a Private Car with a Driver.

Hiring a car for transportation is a great idea for multi hours Budapest photo sessions, not only for your wedding day. The advantage is that you can leave your different outfits in the car and you can also change in the car, especially if it is a van.
