What to expect

​

You can expect a fun and professional photo session, with Tulip Sujeera, a professional and friendly photographers guiding you through the best spots for photos and capturing your personality and emotions, as well as the beauty and charm of Budapest. She will also provide you with posing guidance and tips, and make sure you feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the session.

With our packages, You can expect to receive all of your photos in the gallery within 24 hours. You'll then have 7 days to pick out your favorite 10 images for editing and retouching. After this, we'll send you the final gallery with your retouched images in 7-14 days. If you’d like to have more photos edited than the ones already included in your collection, we can edit as many as you wish. Each additional high-resolution Classic Edit image is only € 5. *

 

What we will do

 

We will meet at the meeting point and start your photo session. You will get to pick 1 - 4 locations from the following list:

• Chain Bridge: a historic and iconic bridge that connects Buda and Pest.

• Parliament Building: a stunning neo-Gothic building that is the largest and most impressive in Hungary.

• Opposite Parliament Building: a scenic spot with a view of the majestic Parliament building across the Danube river.

• Liberty Bridge: a green and elegant bridge that offers a panoramic view of the city.

• Vajdahunyad Castle: a romantic castle with Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque elements.

We will walk or take public transportation between the locations, depending on the distance and your preference. We will end our session at the last location you choose.

 

Start time

The start time of the session will depend on the sunset time of the day. I will contact you in advance to confirm the exact time and meeting point.

What’s Not Included

​

• Professional guide tour services.

• Proposal, and Flying Dress photography not included with this package

• Transportation costs (if any)

• Entrance fees (if any)

• € 5 per photo for additional high-resolution Classic Edit images, and € 69 per photo for additional high-resolution Artistic Edit images

• Non-usage fee (25% of the total amount) if you do not want your images used for showcase, stories, website, and social media. Please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honour your request.

Prepayment and Payment conditions

• To book your session, you need to pay a 50% deposit via PayPal or bank transfer. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session, in cash or via PayPal.

Cancellation or Postponement Policy​

​

• No cancellations

• However, we will do our best to reschedule your photo session in Budapest for an alternative date, if your and our schedule allow it.

Delivery of Products

​

You will receive original quality photos through an online gallery within 24 hours of your photo shoot in Budapest. The gallery will be available for 7 days, so you would have all this time to download pictures on your computer/phone and to pick your favorite pictures (in the amount specified in your package) for your photographer to retouch. After the gallery expires, it will take additional 7-14 days for your photographer to edit and deliver your final photos. We will email you with a link to your online gallery allowing you to download the high-resolution photos. You can download them, share them, create amazing prints and albums.

What to bring

​​​

• A bottle of water.

• Make-up, hairbrush and a small portable mirror of some kind so you can check your make-up, hair, look, etc. during the shoot.

• You can bring different clothes for have various looks, also its always good to have accessories such as costume jewelry or hats.

• We will be exploring locations in Budapest. We'll travel to the other place by walking to and from all locations, so please bring comfortable shoes!

• Props or accessories that you want to use in the photos, such as hats, scarves, sunglasses, etc.

 

Additional information

• Confirmation will be received once we receive your deposit.

• All travelers wishing to join the tour must have a valid booking, even if not interested in taking portraits of him/her.

• Copyright: All the packages grant exclusive rights to the photographer to edit, retouch, alter and publish pictures on photographer public portfolios and social media websites. Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion. The client may make unlimited reproductions of the Photographic Work for family and friends both online and offline. Focal is granted the right to use any photos for self-promotion. Credit will be given to the photographer. If you do not want your images used in this manner please let your photographer know during the booking process and we will honour your request. – The non-usage fee is 25% of the total amount due for photography coverage.
